AMC1400: Current sensing method for high voltage power supply

I am considering a method for current sensing on the high-side of a -5000VDC power supply source. source current is about 0 to 500uA.

Looking at the AMC1400 datasheet, the actual operating voltage is about 2000V, which does not seem to be able to withstand the voltage.
I would like to know how to measure current on the high-side of a 5000VDC voltage and what circuit configurations are possible.

Hi Okuno-san,

You can apply multiple AMC1400 in series in order to achieve this required isolation rating.

Hi Okuno-san,

You could create multiple high voltage domains where each AMC1400 would potential share a proportion of the high voltage.

Depending on your accuracy requirements, signal conditioning between each stage may be necessary.

You could also consider an ADC on the high side, then multiple digital isolations spanning voltage domains in a similar way.

I understand that dividing the high voltage domains and put the AMC1400 in each domain.

I think that the adjusting input and output signal amplitudes and how to extract the AMC1400 power source for each domain.

I'll consider the specific circuit.
