INA240-Q1: lifetime drift and temperature drift

Part Number: INA240-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA240,

Tool/software:

Hi team,

1. My customer wants to know whether the below parameters that related to accuracy of INA240 have a lifetime drift or not. Could you help fulfil the table?

Parameters CMRR PSRR Offset voltage VOS Input bias current IB Gain error
Lifetime drift (Y/N)
The range of lifetime drift

2. Besides VOS and gain error, do other parameters have temperature drift?

Parameters CMRR PSRR Input bias current IB
Temperature drift (Y/N)
The range of temperature drift

3. BTW, will parameters of INA240-Q1 drift during short-term operation, like 10 seconds?

Thanks!

Best regards

Grey

  • Hi Grey,

Life time drift is checked with limited number of samples at during qualification phase. Here is what we can infer based on qualification guard bands:

There are no drift specs for these parameters, except for the typical curve shown in figures 7-4 and 7-16. You can regard the drift as zero for practical purposes.

The parameter shouldn’t drift during short period of operation

    Regards,

    Guang
