INA901-SP: Lead metal material

I have looked through the entire datasheet and I cannot find what metal material the leads are made out of. I need this material so I can find its thermal conductivity.

Would you please provide me that information?

You are correct, this information is not found in the datasheet. However, it is available online on the product page.

You can go to the INA901-SP product page and click on "Ordering and quality"

Scroll all the way to the right of the table and click "View or download" for the specific product you're interested in.

Thank you for the reply. Looking at the data, I see there is a "Lead-Frame" section.

Is this the spot I would look for the pin/lead material?

Yes, that's correct, that section will give you all of the information for the lead frame material and plating.

Okay. Just one last thing then. Is the lead frame where I would look if I was only concerned about the actual metal beneath the mostly gold plating?

Paul,

You're correct again! The lead frame is the material of the lead frame itself, not including the plating.
