We do not have a device with these exact specs. However, the AMC1351 is one of our voltage sensing devices that has an input voltage range of 0-5V.. but the output would be differential. You can add an additional amplifier stage to convert the output from differential to single-ended. it will have an output V range of ~ 0.44-2.44V.

Interfacing a Differential-Output (Isolated) Amp to a Single-Ended Input ADC (Rev. B) shows the differential to single-ended conversion with an additional amplifier stage.
