TLC2252: TLC2252 is used as I to V converter to measure current but it does not measure current from 0-10nA

Part Number: TLC2252

Tool/software:

In my design I have used TLC2252 as I to V converter to measure mA, uA and nA current .Can TLC2252 measure current from 0nA to 10nA current accurately?

In my design we are giving 250V voltage to shunt resistor of 500G in this case 0.5nA this current should be measured by I to V converter but it gives 0nA, similarly it gives 0nA current for 500v and 1Tohm resistor. mA and uA current measurment is right but issue is only for 0-10nA current measurement.

I used TLC2252 in inverting amplifier configuration.

1. Given the values for nanoampere current measurement:

Rf=10MΩ+100kΩ=10.1MΩ
Rin=330Ω
So, the gain for the nanoampere current measurement is approximately -30,606.

2. For the microampere current measurement configuration:

Rf=100kΩ+100kΩ=200KΩ
Rin=330Ω
So, the gain for the microampere current measurement is approximately -606.

3. For the milliampere current measurement configuration:

Rf=100Ω+100Ω=200Ω
Rin=330Ω
So, the gain for the milliampere current measurement is approximately -0.606
