THS4531: Hall Sensor interface circuit with differential output

NOTE: it is possible that you already got this question from your collegue Jackson Wightman at the Power Management Forum because I asked for a stable current source for our Hall sensor but I will explain a little bit more here because we are searching for a suitable amplifier circuit for this Hall sensor so I put this in the Amplifiers forum.
For a new project for our customer we have to measure strong magnetic fields (up to 1T) with a Hall sensor. Therefore we want to use the Asensor HE214 Datasheet-HE214X rev A.pdf
This sensor gives a differential output voltage of 200mV at 1T magnetic field (0V at 0T). We expect a amgnetic field strength around 0.7T max in our application so 140mV differential output voltage. But this is also very dependant on the gap where the sensor is placed and we want to minimize that.
The supplier recommends to use a current source of 2mA for the Hall sensor and we already found  a solution for that with an accurate +3.0V reference as current source via your Power management forum (we want to use the REF35300 +3V reference as stable current source).
However in the circuit below they show a circuit with an instrumentation opamp followed by an opamp for offset compensation and amplification but is more a theoretical circuit and no parts are mentioned here but maybe you can help with that? 
We prefer a differential output voltage (I think -10V..+10V range but depends on the controller/measurement system we are going to use but these ranges are common I think for commercial off the shelf analog measurement units like ACS or others so lets say -10V..+10V diff voltage at the output for now). And I think it is better to use a differential voltage between our Hall Sensor PCB and the controller/measurement system.
So maybe you can give us advice about the instrumentation opamp and differential output amplifier at the output ( maybe THS4531 or something similar?).  And maybe you could give us some advice wrt filtering because I guess we have to deal with noise at the input and the PCB will be a little bit away from the sensor (around 100mm I expect)  because we have a very small gap and almost no place for a PCB within this gap (< 1mm I expect). So therefore we want to select a sensor with wires and connect this to the PCB with the current source and amplifier.
Or maybe TI has an example circuit for a similar design like this?
The supply voltage can be anything below +24V (I think I have to create this locally with a low noise LDO or DC/DC) so lets say +5V.
See second circuit below from Offset compensation for the ultra linear 144 Hall sensor  (this is similar to the 214T sensor we want to use but the 214T has a much lower offset value)
