LMH6629: How about saturation recovery time

Hi TIer

My customer want to use our LMH6629 as Medical IVUS input INA.

Customer concern the "saturation recovery time". When input switch from large signal to small siganl.

like 

In real word, in saturation recovery time, the signal is not correct and gain can not set large.

Customer application can not accept large saturation recovery time.

Customer need <100ns saturation recovery time. Do we have some test result can share with customer ?

    Hello Yuxi,

      Thank you for the customer details. Is the large signal output close to saturation, or is it within the limits of the output voltage range of the device: 

    • For 5V supply: 0.95V to 3.9V over temp with load
    • For 3.3V supply: 0.95V to 2.3V over temp with load

      Even with overload (outside linear to linear region of the amplifier), this is specified in the datasheet of typical 2ns which is within customer's requirement.
