I am seeking information on the pin base material for the LM119QML-V. This information is needed to estimate the thermal conductivity of the IC pins.

Also can you indicate where I can find this kind of information typically. Since I did not find anythink into DSCC specsheet

    5962R9679802VHA is equivalent to LM119WRLQMLV

    The Material Content page will contain a section about the leadframe and the Lead Frame Plating plating:

    Leadframe is copper/nickel (Alloy 42) and the plating is 63/37 SnPb.

    Normally the thermal information is in the datasheet - at least Tja. Unfortunately, the CFP package is not listed. We could request a thermal model, but that can take up to 2-3 weeks.

    This will permit me to coninue my thermal model.

    Regarding the Tja, the information is clearly listed in the DSCC specification (Section 1.3 Absolute Maximum Rating) for the CFP10 package (Case Outlines H). However, in my case, I needed to evaluate the theta_case_to_PCB, considering the vacuum conditions for my product. That's why I was looking for the base pin material
