We are currently developing a sensor for space applications.

Our BOM includes few active components in die form manufactured by TI which includes LM139QML_DIE.

Currently we are performing reliability analysis and we need your inputs to calculate the H&M process factor.

I have attached an excel file with the questions to be answered (Column D) for the H&M process factor.

Hi Ali,

I went ahead and contacted our A&D experts. This is what they said:

The questions on excel sheet is related to Design and Manufacturing for Hybrids per MIL-PRF 38534.

TI is a MIL-PRF 38535 manufacturer and therefore has no MIL-PRF 38534 hybrid manufacturing experience.

They also sent the following document which may answer some of the questions on the excel sheet: Texas Instruments General Quality Guidelines Aerospace and Defense Supplement
