INA253: using INA253 in the feedback loop of a current output amplifier

Part Number: INA253
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA1655,

Tool/software:

Hi,

I am investigating driving high end speakers with a current output amplifier rather than a voltage output amplifier.

There are several reasons to do this, see the book ISBN 9781450544009.

I am using a standard 300Watt@4Ohm power amplifier with an OPA1655 in front that uses the voltage over a low Ohmic resistor in series with the speaker as current feedback path.

In stead of a low Ohmic resistor I want to use the INA253.

In order to simulate the phase behaviour and stability of the system I am looking for (preferably) a Tina test circuit of the INA253 but this doesn't seem to exist.

Is there otherwise a Tina model of the amplifier inside the INA253 that I can use?

Thanks in advance.
