    Hi David,

    One small note - on the output it appears the customer only intends to use the positive output since the negative output is tied to ground. This is okay, however, for best practice we recommend tying the unused output (OUTN) to ground through a 10k resistor. Also, please note, when using only one output, this will sacrifice half of the full-scale range. 

    Otherwise, this schematic looks good to me!

    May I ask who is the customer?
