USB2ANY: USB2ANY Explorer (v2.8.2.0) graphical issues and firmware load fails

Tool/software:

Attaching three images:

  1. Screen 1: Plugged in USB2ANY to computer. Ran USB2ANY Explorer software (v2.8.2.0). Tells me firmware is out of date (cannot detect firmware).
  2. Screen 2: Pressed OK to update and their are graphical problems and nothing appears to happen.
  3. Screen 3: Unplugged USB2ANY. While holding down BSL button, plug in the USB2ANY and go through the same process... with the same results.

Running Windows 11.

Looking to use the USB2ANY as an interface to the BQ25758EVM.
