TLV9102: TLV9102 common voltage

I have questions about TI components for my design and will appreciate your help.

TLV9102:

This is my scheme. The datasheet mentioned that the common voltage can’t exceed VCC+0.5V. What will happen if, for some reason, my VCC drops to a very low number and the voltage on the V+ node rises to ~13V?

A current will flow through the clamping diode and out of the V+ pin, raising the supply. (That current is limited by the 10 kΩ resistors.)

With input voltages beyond the recommended operating conditions, the electrical characteristics or even correct operation are not guaranteed.

I have a follow-up question here:

if the VS+ goes to 0V, and one of the circuit inputs goes to 13.5V, the (reverse) current to the amp input would be 135mA (neglecting the internal diode voltage drop).

is such a current harmful to the amp? what is the max allowed reverse current on the amp input pins before it is damaged?

Shai,

Yes. That will damage the device. The input current into ESD diodes is limited to 10mA.

The 10 kΩ resistors should limit the current to 1.35 mA.

Please note that the current will charge the decoupling capacitor(s) and thus (partially) power up all devices connected to this supply.
