For LM2903QDGKRQ1 in PCN 20241218003.0, I tried to submit the request as below, but it showed up the below error. Could you please help it?

Hi Aki,

The error is due to PCN#20241218003 being only a datasheet change. The only things that changed from this PCN are the datasheet's thermal table, typical characteristics table, and functional block diagram.
