Currently, we need to achieve current sensing data with a bandwidth of over 2 MHz on the platform.
We have surveyed the TI INA293, which can provide current amplification up to 1.3 MHz. Additionally, we would like your recommendation on suitable ADCs.
At the final stage, the data will be received via a 50 MHz SPI interface. Please let us know if there are any similar solutions we can reference.
Furthermore, the temperature range needs to support automotive-grade specifications, with an operating temperature of -40°C to 125°C (Ta).
