PGA281: Suitable devices recommend

Hi expert,

My customer is looking for suitable PGA devices to replace AD8231, and the max Gain request is 128. Is the PGA281 most suitable device to replace? Or do we have other better devices?

Sorry for the delay in response, here is a parametric table of PGAs that have at least 42dB (gain of 128V/V): Programmable & variable gain amplifiers (PGAs & VGAs) product selection | TI.com

If the customer requires GPIO, which is what is shown in the AD8231 datasheet, then they are limited to PGA204 and PGA281.

The gains for PGA204 are in scope (1, 10, 100, 1000), therefore it looks like the best option is the PGA281, whose gains are 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128.
