This is actually a power part, but the answer is the same.

The MSL rating is shown in both the datasheet and product folder.

The "Packaging Information" section in the rear of the datasheet shows this in the "MSL Peak Temp" column.

It is also shown in the Ordering & Quality" section of the product folder.

So:

Shelf Life = 1 Year

MSL = Level 2
