You can use the TINA-TI OPA891 model, as the properties of the single op-amp are the same for the dual op-amp.
As for PSPICE, you can use the base SPICE model in the TINA-TI macro as a SPICE block (library file) in PSPICE. You can use the model file, saved as a '.lib' file as a source for your PSPICE model. You would use the "Generate Part" option within PSPICE to do this, and select an appropriate symbol (.olb extension).
