OPA551: Is there a new generation device of OPA551 ?

Is there a new generation device of OPA551, that can meet below spec requirement ? thanks! 

  1. VCC(R-R) -5V and +12V
  2. Output voltage > 10V
  3. output current >100mA
  4. IC junction temperature <80°C when at TA 50°C ambient and output is 10V/70mA
  5. at Gain = 4, the SR > 5V/us

    Hi PYTsai,

    To a certain degree, yes.

    For applications which do not require high DC accuracy, but do require high output current; OPA551 is still a great choice. 

    Our relatively new device OPA593 will do most things that the OPA551 could do, but in many cases better.

    The OPA593 is somewhat unique for a power amp as the device has exceptional DC accuracy when compared to existing power amplifiers:

    OPA551 has a max Vos of 3mV at room temp whereas OPA593 has a max Vos at 25C of 100uV.

    Many other corresponding DC parameters are also improved over the OPA551. 

    Per the above specifications, the OPA593 will be a suitable device for the application requirement with improved performance over the OPA551.

    If the customer is interested in evaluating this device, they are welcome to test with our OPA593EVM
