Our device INA592IDRCR has an MSL1 rating, but the reel arrived in a moisture barrier bag and shows MSL2 - is it common for our devices to arrive in a higher rated MSL bag? Is there any issue with the customer receiving MSL1 parts in an MSL2 bag? Thank you!
If all of our qualification data online says that the INA592IDRCR is MSL1 rated (as per below), but then TI ships this in an MSL2 bag, the rating for this part should be considered MSL2? It seems like this could cause confusion because the customer wouldn’t know what rating the part is until it arrives, right?
Do we have any common shipping practices in which we ship a higher MSL rated bag with a lower MSL rated part? I’m trying to understand if this is common and just provides additional robustness, or if there are other considerations that need to be taken into account when this happens.
