Vacuum behaviour is neither tested nor guaranteed for 'normal' devices, and typically, there will be outgassing.

You would have to use a space-rated device. The only space-rated current-sense amplifier is the INA901-SP. If that is too expensive for you, you have to test some other device yourself.
