INA240-Q1: Materials / Outgassing Data

Part Number: INA240-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA901-SP

Tool/software:

Hello,

Can you provide information on the packaging material for part number INA240-Q1 (specifically ordering P/N INA240A1QPWRQ1)?  Our intent is to use this in a vacuum compatible design, so we need to assess outgassing related concerns.  Materials information or specifically % TML and % CVCM specifications would be a great help.

Thank you.

  • Wyatt,

Thanks for the question and using the E2E forum.

All of the available material information can be found here.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Louis

  • Vacuum behaviour is neither tested nor guaranteed for 'normal' devices, and typically, there will be outgassing.

You would have to use a space-rated device. The only space-rated current-sense amplifier is the INA901-SP. If that is too expensive for you, you have to test some other device yourself.
