I am trying to use OPA1632DGN for Fully-Differential amplifier application.
So, Is it possible to use the IC with single power supply like +Vs=5V and -Vs=0(GND) instead of ±Vs=±5V?

A quick look at the OPA1632 data sheet could have answered your question.
Yes, the minimum supply voltage is specified as +/-2.5V, so a 5V supply will work if its common mode is biased correctly. You will have little CM range and the output voltage swing will be even lower.
