TLC3704: TLC3704 USE?

1. The schematic diagram is as follows:


2, Adopt TLC3704, input pwm1_A, blue waveform, output PWM1_TOP, red waveform;
3, when the power supply voltage is 5V: input frequency 7K 5V PWM square wave, the output is normal, as shown below;


4, when the power supply voltage is 15V: input frequency 7K 5V PWM square wave, the output is abnormal, as shown below, the output PWM amplitude is correct, but the frequency is incorrect, what is the cause of this phenomenon? If the output pin is pulled up to 15V through a 10K resistor, the output PWM waveform frequency is still abnormal. What causes this phenomenon?
