AMC3302-Q1: Use as Isolated voltage comparator

Part Number: AMC3302-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMC23C10

Tool/software:

I have to build a board to monitor the precharge of an inverter with galvanical isolation, and I was wondering if it was possible using this IC, the idea would be to connect the positive terminal of the battery pack with an voltage divider for referencing 10% of it to one of the inputs and the positive terminal of the inverter on the other input, soo when the capacitors would be at least 90% charged there would be a change on the outpur. The problem with this is that I am not sure if it is how the IC works and I am also not sure what kind of circuitry I would need to implement to make it work as an rail to rail comparator, also there should be a way to  prevent false activations when both ends are disconnecte, I have thought in using  pull up and a pull down, but I am also not sure if this would work.
