Hello TI Team,

I opened this Task because it already has the TI PCN Number (20241218003.0) in its Belly.

If no one feels responsible here, please forward it to the appropriate Colleagues.

Neither our OEM, nor we are aware of the Changes to the previous Data Sheet. We would like to see an Overview of Changes to the Data Sheet in the three pages 5, 8 & 14 mentioned in the "PCN". An simple Overview / Comparison before and after.

    After PCN#20210326001.2 and PCN#20240910000.2, all devices use a new die which is identical with the LM2903B-Q1. The old datasheet had separate thermal and typical characteristics for the old and new dies; the old ones were removed. Figure 3-1 was updated to show the new die.

    Many Thanx for your fast Reply Mr. Ladisch! Is it possible to make her one or two Slides, where these Changes are compared from before to now with the corresponding Excerpts from the previous Data Sheet and an Explanation of them?

    Hello Andreas,

    We are currently submitting the paperwork for the Datasheet PCN. This will take a few weeks.

    The basic datasheet changes are:

    1. The graphs from the legacy devices have been removed. The current "B" device graphs now apply to all devices.

    2. The Thermal table for the legacy devices have been removed and combined into one table.

    3. The ESD table for the legacy devices was removed and combined into a single table

    4. The block diagram/internal schematic and text was updated to show the extra stage and clamp.

    No electrical table limits have changed, other than the thermal table.
