OPA827: Questions about using OPAMP

A customer wants to apply OPA827 to a circuit, but he has no experience using OPAMP, so he has a question.

When using OP-AMP, it is designed as +15V, -15V as shown below, but the board that needs to be actually designed usually uses +5V and GND as power supply.

The OPA827 requires a minimum 8Vdc and GND to operate if it is configured in single supply rail. It will not work for +5V and GND. The Vcm requirements are shown in below.
