LOG200: 1nA to 10nA logarithmic conformity error

Part Number: LOG200

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

Do we have specific logarithmic conformity error in 1nA to 10nA.

I only see the specific number from 10nA to 100uA and 10nA to 1mA or the general error 1nA from 10mA in datasheet.

Thank you,

Yishan Chen

  • Yishan,

That specific range of current can be seen in the typical characteristics graphs, with the best performance over 6 decades. You may adjust which graph you refer to based on how many decades the customer is intending on measuring over.

Over temp, it looks like there will be a roughly 2mV log conformity error.

Figure 5-17 and 5-18 are for 7 and 8 decades of I1 current.

Additionally, please see section 7.1.1.1 in the datasheet.

Here are the corresponding LCE error envelopes, which include the range from 1nA to 10nA

    Best,
    Gerasimos
