low side uni-directional OC detection

Hi, 

              My customer is designing a 48V auto BMS system. orignial, they are evaluting TPS4800 + INA solution to meet bi-directional  low side OC detection, but due to cost  sensitive, I'm reommending TPS4800+ ampliger solution, 4800 could detect OC on discharing direction, amplifer circuit do the other direction OC detection.  

so, would like to check if low cost Q-grade Amplifers could do this, do you have PN and design recommendation? 

BTW, the output of OC signal need to directly control TPS4800 to open and close contactor. thanks.
