AMC22C12-Q1: Overcurrent Latch-up during Power Up

Part Number: AMC22C12-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPSI3050

Tool/software:

Hello

My application will use the AMC22C12-Q1 together with the TPSI3050.

Condition: The Enable and the Latch-input are both pulled high to the primary supply voltage.
During power-up-ramp of the primary supply voltage, the device activates permanently the latch-output (low) - this is not as intended and not as described in the datasheet "7.4 Power Supply Recommendations - ... does not require any specific power-up sequencing"
Info: In our other circuits - where the enable is activated X ms after the supply is ramped up - this issue is not present.

1. Is this a known issue?

2. What is the required power-up sequence to guarantee that the device is functioning as intended?
(xx ns Delay-time for the enable / latch-input after prim. supply is above xx Volts)

Thanks in advance for your reply.
