What is its short circuit current and duration? Within its datasheet, it lists its rated short circuit duration as continuous and the rated max as 60mA.
My question is what the actual max tested short circuit current is and the duration for which this was tested, if available.

The table below is identified the short-circuit test conditions and it applies only to a single op amp per package when a short circuit is occurred.

LM124AQML-SP: The max. short circuit current is approx. -60mA to -70mA, depending on the Vcc and/or Vee. When the op amp's output terminal is shorted to GND, the current is sinking from the equivalent block diagram, thus the rating is shown negative.
