LM124AQML: CDFP power dissipation per device/per pkg and open collector DC output maxes

For space application, thetaJC figure may be more applicable to calculate power dissipation of an op amp device, since the op amp package has to be cooled via cold cooling block or TEC cooling block etc. in space.

The information above is normalized to dissipated power in the op amp. If I know that total dissipated power for the loaded condition, I can estimate the temperature rise corresponding to the amount of power dissipation, and I can estimate the total temperature rise in a given application. 

The op amp's dissipation power can be simulated as well based on output current consumption and voltage drops across the op amp's output stages.

Here is the simplified block diagram. I am not clear what you are referring to the max. open collector DC output. 

Are you refer to the max. output voltage swing at the op amp's output, see p. 9 of the datasheet?

As for open collector DC output, yes the max output voltage swing is the parameter I was looking for. 

What Theta JC package parameter would you say is most similar to the CDF package?
