I got a spice model of the THS2630 as a .lib file.

I am just wondering, from where it is, because on the Site of the THS2630: https://www.ti.com/product/de-de/THS2630#design-development

There is no download for such a model. Could anybody tell me, if that model on the other thread I mentioned is verificated or well enough to test around with in a simulation software like LT Spice or PSpice? (by the way Im about to try PSpice soon, no experience with it until yet)

Hi Andreas,

I attached the .LIB file for the latest revision we have. The device was designed and tested to work with PSpice for TI and TINA-TI. However, this model should work in other spice simulators like LT-Spice.

Hi Andreas,

We have seen this model work in other platforms so I believe it should work for you. And that is correct, it is a netlist of a larger macro model using passive components that is made to replicate things such as the AOL of the device.
