Hey Matt,
Yes, you can, just be cognizant of what your output range is going to be. There is no GND reference, and therefore as long as the V+ - V- does not exceed 36V this should be okay.
You can check your valid region of operation and the output range you can expect using the Analog Engineer's Calculator
Note on the X axis the output range is 12.1-43 volts
