To whom it may concern,

We are using quad version of TLV9004 amplifier but utilize only two of four amplifiers.

Please advise on how to terminate unused input/output pins for optimum operation?

Hi Brani,

TI has a tech note detailing the proper configuration of unused amplifiers here :How to Properly Configure Unused Operational Amplifiers (Rev. A)

You can properly configure an unused op amp through setting the voltage of the non-inverting input of the amplifier within the amplifier's input common mode range and configuring the amplifier into a voltage buffer configuration.
