Datasheet: "3A3B"
Would you please help check and confirm if the marking "3A4B" is correct?
Why are they different?

Hello,

I looked into the lot code and everything seems to check out. I think the datasheet has some sort of error but I will have to continue to investigate where it came from. Unless you actually test the device and find that the gain is wrong, I believe that this was just a typo in how the datasheet information was compiled, and you can continue to treat this as the INA241B3QDGKRQ1.
