The TL081A product is specified as MSL=1 for the molding compound, see the link below.

The product is issued PCN in FAB change, see the link below. Currently, the TI authorized distributed may have both old and new FAB products in the inventory. The date code after the issued date of 6/2022 will likely be manufactured in the new FAB process. During the FAB transitional period, both old and new FAB products will be sold by the distributors. Once the old FAB op amp products are depleted in the inventory, op amps from the new FAB will be sourced for the market.
