TL074: thermal issue to 60 degree

Hi Ti experts,

My customer is using TL074I for battery current sensing in solar inverter project.

Now they found U22_TL074I have thermal issue to 60 degree. Could you please help review below schematic.

    Hi Gary, 

    Is this an existing circuit or 60C issues occurred recently on this part? I was wondering if the issues are related to new FAB op amps.

    There are PCN issued in this part recently due to FAB change, and it is likely the issues are related to the change. Can you describe the symptoms at 60C? Is it related to stability issues at the output of op amps? Which op amps in the package have issues at 60C. If new FAB op amps are used, we need to make some compensation on the circuit. Please provide us with detail information.

    Can you provide capacitive values on these circled part? These caps are C454, C457, C458. C487, C489. Also, I want to know what diodes are used for the rectifier circuit. It will help me to compensate the circuit .
