Do you have a alternative for the TLV6700-Q1, where the interal voltage referenz is routet to a pin/ can be monitured?
I need basecly a window comparator for a ASIL-B application.

Some single-channel comparators like the TLV3011-Q1/TLV3012-Q1 have a separate reference pin.

Depending on your application, it might be easier to use a separate reference with a two-channel comparator.

Hi Klaus,

Like Clemens said, the TLV3011B-Q1 and TLV3012B-Q1 have reference pins.

Another option could be the TLV192x Family of 65V Comparators with Integrated 2.5V Voltage Reference datasheet, which is a newly released device 65V comparator with a 2.5V reference that can be monitored at the REF_OUT pin.
