Dear TI Support Team,
With later batches of THS3091DDAR we measure a significant rise in slew rates. This changes the characteristics of our device.
I could not find any PCNs for this part.
As far as I could decode the dates, I'd guess that the newer one is from November 2023 and the older one is from March 2023 or 2013 (? ... you know best when your production sites switched to the OCR font and got rid of the G3 category marking).
Can you please check the images and decode the LTCs to tell us more about the actual fabrication date and technology/process used for each part, and - most importantly - if and how this explains the change in characteristics?
