As stated above we are trying to target 30Krad and at least 30MeV reliability with a pin to pin compatible part. on the same package. We are currently using:
TLV9034-Q1 in TSSOP-14
We want to replace it with the TLV4H390-SEP, however it seems that it is not in production yet. What would be your best advice to move forward?
If you have radiation data for the TLV9034-Q1 that would be fantastic. Unfortunately, we are on a very short schedule, as this problem was raised due to a missed design when we realized that the TLV1704-SEP only had an open collector output. We want to find a push-pull op amp to do its work.
