TLV9001: Is there ESD protection diodes on IN+ or IN- pins?

I found that there are protection diodes on OPA like LM321LV, but I need an OPA without those diodes between IN pins and V+. So I want to make sure there are no ESD diodes on TLV9001.

Hello Yang,

ALL CMOS and low voltage devices have ESD protection. They would never survive the world without them.

Is there a reason why you do not want the ESD diodes?

OPA2348 doesn't have diode to V+ although data sheet say it does.

OPA2310 doesn't have diode to V+ and the data sheet says so clearly.

Because in my application, the input pin will conduct to VCC of OPA through the ESD diode, which results non-zero voltage in VCC at shutdown state. Is there any suggestion?

Below please see OPA348 and OPA310 ESD protection scheme including ESD1 and ESD2 that protect the input pins against negative electrostatic discharge spikes by clamping the input voltage within the forward-bias voltage of ESD diodes as well as against the positive ESD discharge spikes by clamping said voltage within the reverse-breakdown voltage of ESD1 and ESD2.
