Hi Ti teams,

I would like to know the approximate range of the number of transistors inside OPA4991-Q1 and LM2902BA-Q1. Can this be provided? No specific quantity is required, only a range is needed, such as within 50? Thank you

    Both OPA4991-Q1 and LM2902BA-Q1 are quad op amp. The total transistors in each op amp is more than 50 (each op amp number transistors x 4). 

    Quad OPA4991 likely has up to 1000 transistors total; and LM2902BA-Q1 is estimated to have up to 250 transistors total.
