Customer uses TLV1811 and found below issue, could you please help check, thanks in advance:
There is an abnormal high output when input low, ~7us, and output cannot reach normal supply voltage.
Yellow is output, Purple is -IN, Blue is +IN.
There is noise in the environment.
What could be causing this?

When the noise occurs while output is low, the voltages go below ground. That voltage violates the input common mode range. It could also greatly increases input bias current.

Notice that zero crossing detector example shown in data sheet takes care to avoid negative voltages at input pins.

Does TLV1811 have a fixed output time interval? Which is used to avoid fast output change of high and low? Customers found that there is a ~7us time interval after reaching the trigger threshold, if last output state is close to the next state act point. If I am wrong, could you please help check what could be causing this? Thanks.
