MPY634: Performance when Vcc is higher than the Rated Performance

Is it recommended using MPY634 with Vs=±16V?

Could you tell me which specs are effected by that? And how is it effected?

Hi Hiromu-san,

The MPY634 can operate up to ±18V but we cannot guarantee the performance in the electrical characteristics (min/max) above ±15V. If the customer chooses to use ±16V they may see deviation from the electrical characteristics table.

Do you have more details on what the use case is for?
