TLV9061-Q1: Output error at low voltage

Hello Vivek,

What are the values of the resistors in the TLV9061 difference amplifier?

What other output loads are present? What is supply voltage?

Below is limits for output swing under load at 5.5V supply.

We have taken reference from AMC3302 as shown below, we have R1, R2 , R3 & R4 = 10Kohm, C1=C2=330pF. Vref is connected to Ground.

Supply Voltage 3.3V,

Single ended output is going to ADC and Comparators as input.

If Vref is 0V, VCM[out] is 1.65V, and VOUT = 0mV then output current is 1.65V / (10k +10k) = 82.5uA. If VOUT is 50mV then ROUT is about 600 ohms.

The data sheet table for 10k is 2.75V / 10k = 275uA. 20mV at 275uA is about 72 ohms ROUT max. The ROUT difference between 5.5V and 3.3V should be small. not 72 vs 600 ohms.

Is this a new or old application? How many samples pass and fail? 

Also provide a table of input vs output so I can make a chart.

I missed this important fact. That is a model issue. Expectation near 10mV and above output in reality. 

Do you need true 0mV output?
