Are there any concerns to use OPA170 when the power supplies are below?
Your supply rails seem to meet the following requirements, where -21 - (-56) = 35Vdc. So the power rail will be acceptable for OPA170.

Please pay attention to the linear operating range if you implement the above power rails. Your input Vcm and output voltage swing are with respect to V- and V+ in the op amp.
