Thanks for the question and using the E2E forum.
Yes, the INA234 ALERT pin can drive several mAs, more than enough to turn on an LED.
We actually do exactly this with our INA234 EVM.

If I understand correctly, you are speaking of the power requirement. My question is about the logic. Does this board turn on different LEDs for different threshold conditions, such as undervoltage, overvoltage, under current, overcurrent, etc?

No, the INA234 does not have the capability to output and monitor ALERTs for different conditions. It will only ALERT on a single function.
