THS3095: Maximum allowed voltage between the Exposed pad and the amplifier power supply pins.

Part Number: THS3095

Tool/software:

Hi,

we use THS3095 opamps, which are supposed to have an electrically not connected exposed pad, as FET drivers.

The supply voltage is 50V + 12V and 50V - 5V. So the amplfier supply is set around +50V.

Currently the exposed pad is conected to the +50V power rail, though between the supply rails. However it would

be more convenient to connect it to GND, which is more than 50V below the maximum OPAMP supply.

Is there a restriction on the exposed pad voltage relative to its supply pins?

Is 50V too much?

Thank you for you answers.

Gerhard.
