LMH13000: Recommended capacitor value of AVDD pin, PVDD pin and IOUT pin

Hi Shunsuke San,

Capacitor value depends on the IOUT current value and the frequency of operation. Can you you please tell IOUT current amplitude and pulse frequency of your customer application?

Thank you for the reply. Iout is from 0mA to 500mA.

The Iout is DC current, not pulse current.

Thank you for the reply. I will let my customer inform the recommended capacitor value of AVDD, PVDD and IOUT pins.

I also received technical questions regarding scaling factor k.

1. Does scaling factor have variation like min and max value? 

2. My customer doesn't use EN pin and EP pin. What is the termination of EN pin and EP pin? Is floating acceptable?

If so, Iout x Iout accuracy[%] x Iout variation{%] is the correct calculation for actual Iout variation?
